My Journey: From South Africa to the UK
In 2007, I studied in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, where I qualified as a chef. My passion for creating quality food led me to become a restaurant owner, a role I proudly held for five years. In 2015, my family and I made the life-changing decision to immigrate to the UK. Despite the move and the changes it brought, one thing has remained constant: my love for exceptional food and the joy it brings to others. This passion continues to inspire everything I do, driving me to share my culinary expertise and create experiences that delight and connect people.
